Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Capnot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

License Grant

Capnot grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software on macOS for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these terms.

Payment

Capnot is a paid application. Payment is processed via Polar.sh. Refunds are subject to Polar.sh's refund policy. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar.sh's Terms of Service.

License Activation

A valid license key is required to use Capnot. License keys are validated via the Polar.sh API. Each license key is intended for use by a single user.

Intellectual Property

Capnot and all related materials, including but not limited to the software, logo, and documentation, are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software.

Limitation of Liability

Capnot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.

macOS Permissions

Certain features require macOS system permissions, including Accessibility and Screen Recording. You grant these permissions at your own discretion. Capnot uses these permissions solely for its stated functionality.

Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using Capnot and delete all copies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Capnot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
